Pedals and Promises | Fall 2026 BOP x UOCC Time Trial

Charity details: Pedals & Promises is a 13.5 km charity bike ride in collaboration with the uOttawa Cycling Club (UOCC) to raise funds for youth experiencing homelessness. By participating in this event, you help provide essential items to youth, reduce stigma, and foster a real sense of belonging for adolescents in need.

Rules: All participants must wear a helmet. No e-bikes allowed. All Participants must sign our waiver.

Start format: Riders start individually at 2-minute intervals beginning at 10:00 AM. Arrive with enough time to warm up before your assigned start.
Parking: Parking is available at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum (11 Aviation Pkwy, Ottawa, ON K1K 2X5). This is a short walk away from the start line.

Route details: the start and finish line are Marina Rd Dr. & Promenade. The route goes up and down the closed NCC airport parkway. A marker will indicate the location of the hairpin loop to turn around. See the route here: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/48242804

Prizes: There will three prizes for both men's and women's. Awards and podium ceremonies will be in the parking lot of the Canada Aviation and Space Museum following the finish (estimated to be around 11:30 am).
